Everything you need to know about delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, with a maximum processing time of 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days for EU countries. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 1,500 SEK. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
All trading cards are shipped with toploaders, protective sleeves, and sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sealed products are carefully cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cardhaven.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Packages that are not collected or are returned due to an incorrect address may incur return shipping charges. These orders are not covered by the standard return policy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
