Terms and conditions for using CardHaven

These terms and conditions govern your use of CardHaven and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. CardHaven reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
All orders placed through CardHaven are binding. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days. CardHaven is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused products in their original packaging, in accordance with Swedish distance selling regulations. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at info@cardhaven.com. Consumer protection laws apply. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
CardHaven is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other economic losses arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
All content on CardHaven — including text, images, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using CardHaven, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CardHaven shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Swedish courts.
