Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Your statutory rights and how to use them
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have 14 days to cancel your order without providing a reason. The 14 days start the day you take possession of the goods. For orders shipped in multiple parcels, the deadline starts the day you receive the last parcel.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your order in two ways: (1) Use the 'Cancel order' button on your order confirmation page or in your account at My orders. (2) Fill in Konsumentverket's standardized withdrawal form and send it to info@cardhaven.se. Both methods carry the same legal weight. If your order has not yet shipped, the cancellation is immediate. If it has shipped, the cancellation initiates a return.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in essentially the same condition as when delivered. Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins, sealed packs) that have been opened cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, as they fall under the sealed-goods exception in the Distance Contracts Act. Single cards and graded slabs must be in the same condition as received; condition changes affecting the item's value may result in a deduction from your refund.
Return Shipping
Once you've cancelled, we'll send return instructions by email within 1 business day. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the items reach us safely — we recommend using a tracked service. The actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund once we receive the return. Items must be sent back within 14 days of you notifying us of the cancellation. Uncollected packages are subject to a separate 295 kr fee (see the shipping policy).
Refund Timeline
If your order had not shipped, your refund is initiated immediately upon cancellation and typically arrives within 5 business days, depending on your payment method. For shipped orders, refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, to your original payment method.
Defective Products (Separate from Withdrawal)
Independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you have a 3-year right to file a complaint on defective products from the date of delivery under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Report defects as soon as possible by emailing info@cardhaven.se with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
