Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, with a maximum processing time of 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Within Sweden we offer several shipping options (see below). For other regions, shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Free shipping on orders over 1,500 kr.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over 1,500 SEK. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Packaging & Protection
All trading cards are shipped with toploaders, protective sleeves, and sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sealed products are carefully cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cardhaven.se within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that aren't collected or are returned due to an incorrect address incur a 295 kr fee to cover return shipping and handling (industry standard is 150–300 kr). The fee is deducted from your refund. If you want to cancel an order, it's always cheaper to collect the package and return it through our normal return process. Unclaimed orders aren't covered by the standard return policy — please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
