Terms and conditions for using CardHaven
Last updated: 2026-08-13
1. General
CardHaven is a brand operated by Skeja Consulting AB (org. no. 559248-6129), with its registered office at Fiskargränd 3A, 553 20 Jönköping, Sweden. Skeja Consulting AB is the taxable supplier of all goods sold via cardhaven.se. These terms and conditions govern your use of CardHaven and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
2. Orders & Purchases
All orders are binding and you receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We may cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error that you realised or should have realised. If we cancel an order, we notify you without undue delay and refund the full amount.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days. We bear the risk for the item until you have received it. If a delivery is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, we are liable to you – contact us and we'll sort it out. In the event of a significant delay you have the right to withhold payment, demand delivery, and cancel the purchase after a reasonable additional period under the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Pre-orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders ahead of their release date. Any stated release date is an estimate and may change if the distributor or manufacturer postpones the launch. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once everything is in stock, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. Your right of withdrawal is unaffected: you may withdraw a pre-order any time before it ships, and thereafter under the usual 14 days from delivery. If a pre-ordered product cannot be delivered to us by the distributor, we may cancel that part of the order and will then refund it in full.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, counted from the day you receive the item. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop without losing your right of withdrawal. After notifying us, you return the item within 14 days and cover the return shipping. If an item has been handled more than necessary and lost value, a deduction may be made. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Complaints
You have a 3-year right to claim for original defects under the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). A defect that appears within 2 years is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise. Report within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect – a notice within 2 months is always in time. Contact us at info@cardhaven.se with your order number, a description, and photos. For an accepted claim we repair, replace, reduce the price, or cancel the purchase, and we cover the shipping costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability towards you as a consumer follows mandatory law, in particular the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation, including your right to damages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages falling outside our control liability.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on CardHaven — including text, images, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited.
10. Product Images
For single cards priced below 200 SEK, we use stock images rather than individual product photographs. These images are representative of the card but may not show the exact copy you receive. If you would like to see actual photos of a specific card before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us at info@cardhaven.se and we will be happy to provide them.
11. Single-card scan-in and possible errors
Condition, sorting, images and price for single cards are largely set automatically during our scan-in process. Despite careful routines, errors can occur — for example an incorrectly stated condition, the wrong image or an incorrect price. We reserve the right for such errors. If a card you have ordered turns out to have been scanned incorrectly, we refund the affected product, and we will contact you before doing so.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using CardHaven, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
13. Applicable Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute we first try to find a solution together with you. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se (certain value thresholds apply), whose recommendations we follow. The dispute may also be tried by the ordinary Swedish courts.
